Editorial Office of Opto-Electronic Journals (OEJ) and its sponsor, Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOE, CAS) are the sole owners of the information collected on www.oejournal.org and affiliated sites.
When you visit the OEJ websites there are two types of information you might provide to us: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose and website use information collected by us as you interact with our website.
