High resolution imaging is the eternal goal of optical designer, the planar metalens represented by super-oscillatory lens (SOL) and super-critical lens (SCL), charactered by its small size, sub-diffractive imaging and other advantages, become one of the research hotspots in the fields of diffractive optics and nanophotonics. Another dream of optical researchers is to control electromagnetic wave. The frequency selective surface is one of the effective means of manipulating it. The paper with title Design and analysis of infrared frequency selective surface with dual-stopband presented it in detail. No measuring, no manufacturing. Common optical path arrangement was adopted to design and built a three-degree-of-freedom laser measurement system for measuring 1D displacement and 2D angles of a moving stage simultaneously based the principles of Michelson interference and laser auto-collimation.
